1. Information We Collect

Visitors. We do not require an account and you can read the entire site without submitting anything. Cloudflare, which hosts and serves this site, processes standard server information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Contact form. If you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, service area and message you provide.

Job applicants. If you apply for a role we collect the information you submit through the application form:

• Name, email address and phone number
• Current location, total experience and notice period
• Current employer and job title, where you choose to provide them
• LinkedIn profile, where you choose to provide it
• Your professional summary
• Your CV or resume file, and the role reference you applied for

A CV often contains more information than the fields above — for example your postal address, date of birth, photograph, education history or nationality. Please include only what you are comfortable sharing; we do not require special-category or sensitive personal data in order to consider an application, and we ask that you do not send identity numbers, financial details or health information.

2. Why We Use It, and Our Legal Basis

• To respond to enquiries and evaluate potential partnerships, projects or assessments you ask us about — on the basis of taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in operating a business.
• To assess your application, contact you about it, and keep a record of the recruitment decision — on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the application form, and our legitimate interest in recruiting.
• To keep records of business communications and to secure and maintain this website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Who Processes It For Us

We use a small number of third parties to run this site. Each receives only what is needed for its function:

• Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Cloudflare R2 — stores your application and CV in our own storage, inside our Cloudflare account. Applications are received directly by our website rather than by an external form service.
• Resend — delivers the notification email, with your CV attached, to our careers inbox.
• Zoho Mail — hosts the mailboxes that receive and store those messages.
• Cloudflare — hosts and serves this website, and provides the network, caching and security layer in front of it.

These providers operate outside India, so submitting information through this site involves an international transfer of that data. We rely on the providers' own contractual and technical safeguards, and we keep the categories of data shared with each of them to the minimum needed.

Typefaces and technology logos are served from our own domain rather than from a content delivery network, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to any third party beyond our host.

4. Cookies and Tracking

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling technology, and does not store anything in your browser. Because we set no cookies, there is no consent banner and nothing for you to opt out of.

5. How Long We Keep It

If you would like your application deleted sooner than the period above, email us and we will remove it.

6. Your Rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, where relevant, the GDPR, you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated
• Have your data erased, including withdrawing an application
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to
• Receive a copy of data you provided in a portable form, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask us to restrict processing, where the GDPR applies
• Raise a grievance with us, and complain to your supervisory authority or to the Data Protection Board of India

To exercise any of these, email privacy@wryvy.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.

7. Grievance Redressal

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data or a request about it, contact our privacy team at privacy@wryvy.com. We aim to acknowledge every grievance promptly and to resolve it within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India or to your local supervisory authority.

8. How We Protect It

The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy, and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to the mailboxes that receive enquiries and applications is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information while it is in transit to us.

9. Personal Data Breaches

If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required by applicable law, and tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.

10. Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site or our processing changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected here.
