These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WRYVY Technologies Pvt Ltd ("WRYVY", "we", "us") website at wryvy.com, including the careers pages and any form you submit through it. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Use of This Site

This website is provided for informational purposes, to describe WRYVY's services, ventures and open roles. You agree not to misuse it — including by attempting unauthorised access, transmitting harmful code, scraping at a rate that degrades the service, or using it to send unsolicited or misleading communications.

2. Security Testing and Responsible Disclosure

WRYVY is a cybersecurity firm, and we recognise that researchers may take an interest in our own systems. To be clear: you may not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, fuzzing, denial-of-service testing or any other intrusive assessment against this site or our infrastructure without our prior written authorisation.

If you believe you have found a security issue, we want to hear about it. Report it to contact@wryvy.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it, give us reasonable time to remediate before disclosing it publicly, and do not access, modify or exfiltrate data belonging to anyone else. We will not pursue action against researchers who report in good faith and stay within those bounds.

3. Job Applications and Submissions

If you apply for a role through this site:

• You confirm the information and documents you submit are accurate and are yours to share, and that sharing them does not breach an obligation you owe to anyone else.
• Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or any obligation on WRYVY to interview, respond, or hold a role open.
• We may verify the information you provide, including contacting referees or confirming credentials, as part of assessing your application.
• Applications are handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which sets out what we collect and how long we keep it.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, any other material you send us — an idea, proposal, suggestion or feedback — is treated as non-confidential, and you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation. Please do not send us confidential information belonging to a current or former employer.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, layout, logos, and the WRYVY and CLOZYY names and marks — is the property of WRYVY Technologies Pvt Ltd unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced or used to imply an association with us without permission. Third-party names and logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification only; their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.

5. Third-Party Services

Parts of this site rely on third parties, and your use of those features is also subject to their terms and privacy practices:

• Web3Forms — delivery of contact form submissions
• Cloudflare — hosting, network, security, and R2 storage for applications and CVs
• Resend — delivery of application notification emails
• Zoho Mail — the mailboxes that receive submissions

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. No Warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure at all times, or that information on it is current or complete. Descriptions of services, capabilities and ventures are informational and do not constitute an offer or a commitment to deliver.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRYVY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use this website — including any failure of a form submission to reach us. If you need a response, and have not received one, please follow up by email.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site.
